Beta Service and Launch Tracks
SGF Launchpad is a beta tool for open-source funding infrastructure on Base. Instant Launch allows eligible users to launch through the SGF flow without SGF endorsement. Verified Launch is a separate SGF-reviewed track and is not part of the initial Instant beta.
No Investment Advice
SGF does not recommend, endorse, underwrite, certify, or guarantee any launched token. Launch pages, AI reports, dashboards, guardrails, fee data, and burn data are informational risk signals only and are not investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for token metadata, project claims, intellectual property rights, open-source license accuracy, jurisdictional compliance, taxes, disclosures, buyer communications, and any legal obligations connected to launching or promoting their token.
Fees and Routing
Instant Launch uses a 1.2% Uniswap v4 trading fee. 80% of that fee is routed to creator rewards, 10% is routed to a dedicated SUPERGEMMA buy-and-burn path, 5% is allocated to SGF API and operating costs, and 5% is reserved for Doppler protocol fees. WETH-side creator rewards are routed to the creator, while launched-token-side creator rewards are split with 30% unlocked and 70% locked for 1 year.
Identity and Eligibility
Creators must use Privy to connect an X account and a Base wallet. SGF may require KYC/KYB, AML screening, sanctions screening, geofencing, restricted jurisdiction checks, manual review, takedown actions, or launch rejection before enabling or continuing access.
AI Reports
Project and developer evaluation reports are generated to summarize risk signals such as metadata quality, public project evidence, creator history, and impersonation indicators. AI reports can be incomplete or wrong, do not verify code safety, and do not mean a token is approved or safe.
Third-Party Services
Launches and dashboards may depend on Doppler, Uniswap, Privy, SGF AI Agent, AI infrastructure providers, DexScreener, Base RPC providers, Vercel, databases, wallets, and other infrastructure. SGF does not guarantee uninterrupted access, execution, indexing, liquidity, pricing, routing, or token value.
Market Abuse and Launch Limits
SGF may apply rate limits, warmup buy limits, metadata filters, reserved-name filters, and monitoring to reduce spam and pump-and-dump behavior. These controls are not complete protection, and launchpad-side limits do not prevent direct Uniswap or wallet-to-wallet activity unless pool-level hooks enforce those rules.
